Well after selling the gym I basically took
it easy for a couple of years. Trained a lot,
basically I just had a lot of fun.

 I then decided to go into the entertainment business.
It was something I always wanted to do when I was a kid
before  I opened my gym ............


Became a Pro Wrestler!

 Did that for  over 4 years but sustained an injury that
knocked me out of that  physical type business for around 3 years,
so  in the meantime I got involved with a business that one
of my life long friends, Keith Shook (his professional bio here)  founded in 1989.

Been doing that for 13 years now.  We're a computer networking,
repair/sales, web design & hosting business.

NSync Data Systems, Inc.

I have to admit I do really enjoy going to work (most times). We employ
some pretty cool, laid back people.  I guess that's because Keith
(my partner) & I set the pace for that.  Sometimes it seems that the work
never ends, that's one of the reasons why I make sure I balance my
life doing  a lot of physical things like working out, playing tennis, racquetball, bike riding, golf
(when I can) and now back into surfing! I just bought
a new Long Board on 2/28/99.

I'm gonna try really hard to make it out there a lot lately.
